Study on the Preparation Technology and Performance of New Nanoscale Alkylsalicylate
In this paper, alkyl phenol and calcium hydroxide were taken as raw materials, on the condition of using a special accelerant and certain pressure and temperature, a middlebased calcium alkylsalicylate whose TBN reach to 160mgKOH/g was synthesized. The processes of neutralization, carboxylation and overbasification also were optimized. The production processes can be shortened and the cost can be cut by using the new processes. The performances of product can satisfy with the requirement of high grade oils.
