Study on the Preparation and Application of Nano-Disperse Blue 2BLN
Nano-disperse blue 2BLN was prepared from traditional filter-cake by ball milling, reprecipitation and pressure homogenization. The diameter of dyes was D90≤90nm being measured by Laser diffraction, zeta potential and TEM. Conserved at room temperature for 6 months, the products have no obvious change in diameter of dyes. The color fastness test showed that the nano-disperse blue 2BLN had better dyeing and printing properties, as well as light fastness, washing fastness, perspiration fastness, dry-heat fastness and rub fastness, than traditional disperse dyes.
