Influences of NanoNi-Zn Ferrite Powders on the Properties of Animals

16 male rats (about 500g) were divided into controlled group and experimental group, the experimental group are injected by suspension solution of 1ml once every two days, the concentrantion of nanoNi-Zn ferrite powders is 1mg/ml. At the same time, the controlled group were injected saline solution on the equal quantity once every two days. The day after the fourth time injection, we got 8 serum samples from each group, and measured some biochemical indexes reflecting the function of liver and kidney with automatic biochemical instrument, such as ALT, ALB, AST, CRE, BUN. Also we got other 16 whole-blood samples, took the count of leucocyteserythrocytes, the content of hematoglobin with colorimetry, nd detected the whole blood viscosity. At the same time, we extracted hematoglobin from the blood, and detected the infrared absorption spectrum with 670 FT-IR spectrum instrument. We deal with all data with t verification using SPASS software. The amount of leucocytes of the experiment group was more than the control ones. One the other hand, the amount of erythrocytes was distinctly different from the controlled group, the amount of experiment group obviously decreased. We analysed the infrared spectrum absorption curves between experiment group and control group. Comparing with the controlled group, the absorbing wave crests of hematoglobin of the experimental group had little shift and the swing of the absorbing wave crests absolutely reduced.
