Synthesis of CdSe and ZnSe nanomaterial and the application in DNA detecting
CdSe was prepared by a chemical reaction between CdCl2 and Na2SeSO3 in the presence of ethylenediamine which was used as modified agent. CdSe nanorods and nanoparticles have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and structurally characterized. FT-IR patterns indicated that the CdSe nanorods and nanoparticles were modified with ethylenediamine successfully, so CdSe could be used as label in DNA detecting. The concentration of target DNA could be indirectly via tested Cd2+ by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV). ZnSe nanospheres were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions in the presence of glutamic acid and structurally characterized. ZnSe also could be used as label in DNA detecting.
