Gas Bubble Liquid Membrane Process to Prepare Nanoparticle materials
The gas bubble liquid membrane (GBLM) process to prepare various nanoparticle materials was advanced. Bubble cap dish form (BCDF) agitator and GBLM reactor which are the key equipments for GBLM process were designed and were produced. The BCDF agitator has the function to disperse gas into fine gas bubbles. All of reactant solution was torn to enough thin liquid membranes. A precipitation reaction, nucleation, growth, termination and on-site capsulation were carried out in the liquid membranes or between the gas bubbles and the liquid membranes. Mg(OH)2,Ni(OH)2, Fe3O4,Mn-Zn ferrite,Ni-Zn ferrite and CaCO3 nanoparticles were prepared use of the GBLM process. The characterizations of above mentioned nanoparticles were carried out by means of FTIR,SEM,TEM,XRD,particle size determination and element analysis.
