Design of 4-channel Data Acquisition System Based on MAX113

摘要：

This paper mainly introduced the characteristics and the application in the memorized testing and measurement system of a 8-Bit and 4-channel circulation sampling A/D converter MAX113, which has 1 Μa shut-off pattern. It gives the whole design scheme、realization method and the test results of the 4-channel circulation data acquisition system which constitutes by FPGA XC2S30 and MAX113. This system has very good application in the contrast test between multi-channel piezoresistive and piezoelectric sensors.
