摘要：

Nanoscale CMOS technology and broad application prospects is analyzed., then summing up the nanoscale CMOS technology and some new types of nano-CMOS devices. CMOS RFIC feasibility and advantages are discussed, Nano-CMOS low noise amplifier is designd, the four basic topology is analysisde, Based Aglient CMOS14 process, using a high degree of isolation Cascade,to design and simulation. Achieve a good performance requirements.
