Study on Synthesis and Characterization of Conductive Polyaniline-amino Acid Encapsulating Organophilic Montmorillonite (OMMT) Nanocomposites
Conductive polyaniline-amino acid encapsulating organophilic montmorillonite (OMMT) nanocomposites were synthesized using ultrasonic intercalated polymerization. Amino acid was used for dopant and APS used as initiator duing the polymerization. The effect of content of OMMT on the slice resistance of production were studied The composites were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,TG and DTA.The resultes indicated that the slice resistance preparation of nanocomposites by ultrasonic intercalated polymerization was better.
