摘要：

In the light of careful research of actual distribution of network automation system, this paper fulfils calculation and analysis from electrical systematic consumption and transient powerlessness. Then it puts forwards a generalized conclusion of user-model in optimal distribution network automation system, which leads a significant guide to the design and optimal operation.
