Application of Virtual Sample Technology in Mechanism Optimization of Low Voltage Circuit Breakers

This paper investigates characteristic sensitivities of key parts to instantaneous breaking capability of low voltage circuit breakers via virtual sample technology in order to optimize the operation mechanism design. Constraint inheriting and transforming technology is applied to help the fast rebuild procedure of solid CAD sample and virtual simulation sample when relative sizes and technical parameters are modified during the optimizing design of operation mechanism in low voltage circuit breakers.
