The Correction Methods of Hygrometry with Temperature in SF6 Gas

Water content in SF6 gas is effected by temperature, The paper studies the relationship between the temperature and hygrometry in SF6 gas, and educes correction formula about temperature to water content based the physical-chemistry theory。The correction formula is validated in tests.
