The research and design of the customers assessment in Customer Relationship Management System of Power Supply Enterprise

As construction and development of the market economy and the power industry informalization, in order to supply better service to customers for power supply enterprise, enterprise customer relationship management system has been widely applied. However, how to supply effectively to enterprise customers assessment of the research in the field is a difficult problem. This paper presents the assessment approach combining the design and the multiple indicator evaluation algorithm and the fuzzy gray forecast disaster prediction algorithm. Meanwhile, this paper provides a group of customers’ basic data indicators to demonstrate the method. Proved through practice, The approach to the power supply enterprise customer relationship management system clients intelligent assessment system provides a guiding role.
