Research on DSM in Guangzhou Under the New Situation
The paper analyses the new situation of DSM in Guangzhou under new changes in the external environment and internal management, and the impact of the changes in DSM. The paper researches the status of DSM in Guangzhou and points out the difficulty of DSM. On this basis, the paper presents the short-term strategies to cope with power shortage and the long-term regulatory mechanisms of sustainable development, in order to induct the implementation of energy-saving and consumption reducing measures in Guangzhou DSM, and achieve the virtuous circle of development.
