摘要：

Introduced the Local electrical network electrical network black start dispatch predetermined plan, and take the Datong electrical network as the example proposed formulates principle and method which the place electrical network black start dispatch predetermined plan should pay attention, existed to the black start in from the self-excitation, the overvoltage question has conducted the computation research, at the same time has verified the dispatch predetermined plan feasibility through the simulation preview, has provided the basis and the suggestion for the next black start field test and the concrete implementation.
