IEC61850 Standard and Substation Programmed Operation Technology and Its Application
IEC61850 standard has become the internationally recognized solution of substation communication with the development of substation automation technology and modern network communication technology. By adopting substation programmed operation technology we can improve safety level of substation performance and promote development of unattended operation technology of substation. Based on implementation of Guangzhou 220kV Luming substation automation reconstruction project, this paper gives analysis of IEC61850 standard and its application in substation automation system (SAS) and forms stipulation tests and interoperation experiments. In this paper, we also studies problems found in application of IEC61850 standard, analyzes substation programmed operation technology on base of operation practice, researches implementation technology method and establishes field safety measures and operation regulations. This paper has theoretical significance and engineering practical values for unattended operation technology and digital construction of substation.
