Along with the development of electric power industry standard and computer technology, the rapid expansion of power grid scale and the unceasing enhancement of power automation system application level, the gradual maturation of standard IEC 61970, which is the international standard of EMS application program interface, The foundational requirement to develop the new generation of intelligent open electrical power dispatching automation system has been already met. Under such background, the Zibo Power Supply Company cooperated with the Jicheng electronics company (iESLab) in developing the new generation of intelligent open electrical power dispatching automation system.
