Research on fault pridiction system for self-propelled gun base on virtual prototype

According to the requirements of fault prediction,a dynamic model of a self-propelled gun is established to perform quantitative reasoning for the fault prediction by using a virtual prototype developed in the paper based on the software ADAMS ( Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System ).In light of the virtual prototype,fuzzy rules and a knowledge base established on expert experience and experimental data,a method for the fault simulation prediction is suggested.In the method,the quantitative and qualitative diagnoses can be effectively combined,which makes it powerful in both numerical calculations and the usage of expert experience and experimental data.The system suggested in this work would predict the faults of the self-propelled gun fairly correctly.
