Effectiveness Model of Test Group in Missile Launching Test

摘要：

The effectiveness of test personnel is the reflection of the capability to complete the test mission. It makes an important impact on the test mission. The study is determined by putting individual into the group. The definition of the effectiveness of test group is analyzed. It is probed that the effectiveness model under interaction of multi-factors. The modeling process is put forward. And the math express of the model is discussed. The application of this model is illustrated with an example of a certain type missile launching test. It is demonstrate that the model is feasible.
