The Application of the Hierarchical Network Tearing, Piecewise Linear and Symbolic Analysis in the Analog Circuit Fault Diagnosis
The previous analog circuit fault diagnosis methods advantages are combined, a new method is put forward, the sub-circuit diagnostic condition, principle and circuit partition algorithm is given. Adaptive immune genetic algorithm of circuit decomposition, piecewise linearity and macro-model for simplify symbolic simulation is introduced, the immune genetic algorithm to analyze node voltage feasible region and logical function to locate faults is used. In the end the merits of ours method and point out the further work is summarized.
