Development of underground multi-parameter intellective testing device based on the FPGA

According to the conditions about underground oil field measurements, underground Multi-parameter intellective testing device has been designed. The operational principle of testing device is discussed in this paper. Also, which based on the field programmable gate array (FPGA) technology by analyzing the similar products made in abroad. Above all, we discussed the data collection and storage circuits that based on FPGA. And we also paid more attention to the design of multi-sensor measurement circuit and the design of power supply and key technologies in this paper. And communications interface to computer of equipment are designed so that data can be collected and transmitted to a computer for analysis. Besides, multi-parameter data signals can be collected and stored without external hard disks by using integration integrated structure in the equipment. At last, it prove that it has the advantages of high measuring accuracy, good stability, high temperature resistant, low consumption, small size, high anti-jamming and so on through the experiment of underground testing on equipment.
