The Application and Research with Testing Technology of Quantitative Pouring Aluminum Casting Based on the Direct Current Electromagnetic Pump
The electromagnetic pumps have been applied broadly in international and received great economy benefits; the electromagnetic pumps application in domestic now is only in the experiment stage and has a long distance to the developed countries yet. It is significant to develop owns independent technology electromagnetic pumps system. In this paper, based on the technology of the developed electromagnetic pump, the controlling system of the quantitative pouring with the direct current electromagnetic pump was developed, the mathematics model of the calculating flux of the quantitative pouring with the direct current electromagnetic pump was founded, and the controlling program of the automatic quantitative pouring with the electromagnetic pump was designed. Experiments show this technology can improve the precision of castings weight effectively, and can realize mechanization, autoimmunization of quantitative pouring with the Direct Current Electromagnetic Pump.
