Adaptive Interconnect Diagnosis Algorithm for W-A and W-O+W-A

摘要：

To study the diagnostic problem of W-A and W-O+W-A interconnect fault of PCB (Printed Circuit Board), modified boundary scan interconnect diagnosis algorithms for W-A and W-O+W-A are put forward. These algorithms apply walking zero sequence, test sequence with both W-O and W-A diagonal independence to replace the walking one sequence of W-O adaptive algorithm; adaptive algorithms are gained for W-A and W-O+W-A faults.
