Research on the complicated equipment test method based on the mixed testing buses technology
Up to now, most of the automatic test system (ATS) is still designed for specific equipment. Thus its flexibility and adaptability is often poor. To solve this problem, configuration concepts is introduced into the development of automatic test system in this paper. The practice has shown that utilization of configuration thoughts can make the test system be more flexible and adaptable. Together with the utilization of hierarchical intelligent control algorithm, we have developed a configuration automatic system, which can accomplish test with instruments with different bus protocols automatically. And the only modification work need to do is some of the test project descriptions while this system is transferred to other equipment. Thus the develop efficiency is greatly improved according to a traditional method to develop an automatic test system for a certain specific equipment.
