Research On The Parallel Test System Based On Signal
In order to Resolve the low test efficiency problem that the serial test pattern result on the current automatic test system, this paper concluded the feasibility of the parallel test of the current ATS based on the analyzing of the different parallel pattern, and indicated that implementing the parallel test under signal processor system is fit for the engineering application best. This paper put forward a parallel ATS software architecture based on signal interface that has four function layers. The parallel ATS software architecture map the test requirement of the UUT (Units Under Test) to the requirement for source/test signal, therefore it is independent of the actual instruments that assured the transportability and instrument interchangeability of TPS.
