General-utility Design of Automatic Test System for Military Engineering Equipment
Combined VI (Virtual Instrument) technology and automatic measurement technology, this paper puts forward a system based on PXI Modularized Instrument + Program Control Instrument + Receiver-Adapter structure to enhance the general-utility of automatic test system(ATS ) for military engineering equipment. The general structure of hardware platform and layered architecture of software platform are introduced. The key technologies to enhance the general-utility of the system involved in hardware and software design is illustrated with an emphasis. Application of the technologies shows that they can cut down development cost of military ATS effectively and can improve the overall performance of military test equipment greatly.
