The Measurement for Compensating Brake Master Cylinder
This paper has presented the research of photoelectric measuring system for compensating brake master cylinder of cars (the diameter from 0.3 to1.2mm) on the basis of CCD imaging technology, pattern displacement sensor, precision machinery technique, computer real-time control and data processing technology. Compared with traditional measuring apparatus, this measuring apparatus has characteristics with simple operating, fine accuracy, high automated level and etc, achieved man-machine interactive, and reduced the effect of subjective factor. Experimental results has indicated, the accuracy 0.03%F S , the resolution 0.05mm and repeatability 0.03mm.
