The Research of Multi-target Orienting and Tracking for Field Artillery
In modern battlefield, field artillery still plays an important rule in the remote attacking and fire support system. It develops to high maneuverability, accurate fire, and strong protection ability. To know clearly about the situation of the battlefield and dominate freely the whole battlefield, its necessary for a field artillery system to obtain reliable and complete target information in modern battlefield. By making use of multiple sensors and other scout means distributed in different regions, the field artillery system gathers target information which is very abundant but unperfected for a certain sensor. In order to perceive the overall target information rapidly and accurately, the multi-sensor data fusion technology, which has become an important component in this system. The article aims at the research on the modeling of the multi-sensor data fusion in the field artillery system. a method for the multi-target orienting and tracking with the multi-sensor in a field artillery system is studied.
