Visual basic 6.0-based temperature monitor and control platform
It is the trend in the development of modern management and control by using computer. On the basis of looking up a lot of reference and with the help of database technology, serial communication technology and control tech, visual basic 6.0-based temperature monitor and control platform is developed. It can bring the data on control instrument into the computer in order to show and manage them. It greatly improves the working efficiency and the management level The following subjects are mainly involved in the thesis: 1.Introducing the communication of serial interface RS232, RS485, RS232/485; giving out the circuit make-up frame work of control system. 2.Studying the database technique and its development; discussing the features of ACCESS database. 3.Analyzing the design way in which telecommunication is carried out by using MSComm control component provided by VB to write down program software on the basis of serial communication. 4Analyzing the application program interface-API technology provided by Microsoft Company. The Windows built-in function is realized in the application program. Application results show the system can successfully bring back the data and achieve to display and manage them at the real time.
