The Protection Technology under High Impact Overload

Aimed at the protection of missile-borne solid state recorder in high overload application environment from ten thousand g to hundred thousand g, the paper builds up the mechanical model of recovered structure and recursion analysis method of complicated process, which offer the quantitative analysis and estimation method of hypo-limit capacity for recovered structure under high impact, high overload environment, and provide a quantitative estimation basis of designing buffer. The experiment results confirm the rationality and validity of this method. Finally, based on the theory analysis and actual experiment, the design principle of recovered structure is described.
