Residual Stress Analysis and Simulation of Autofrettaged Tnick-Wall Cylinder under Complex Loads
Based on the generalized twin shear stress yield criterion, the calculation model of residual stress in auotfrettaged thick-wall cylinder is given, which considers the internal pressure and temperature loads with the elastic-perfectly plastic material and the influence of thermal stress on the autofreeated cylinder is analyzed. It is shown that thermal stress will evidently decreases the carrying capability of the autofreeated cylinder.
