Research on Experimental Modal Analysis Method of a Slender and Thick Rotating Cylinder Structure
Based on certain slender and thick rotating cylinder structure, it takes the software of hammer exciting and DASP Modal, and carry out model analysis by MISO method. By comparision with different types of hammer material exciting, it chooses 3.5 tons nylon-hammer exciting and based-collection exciting signal of four times variable time, then acquire experiment data which meet model confidence criterion demands. The result manifest certain limitation exists, which model analysis for slender and thick rotating cylinder structure by MISO test method, and it appear relatively unobvious vibration model. In the condition of the appropriate choice of exciting and response, it can obtain relatively accurate result of model analysis, thus it is suitable for model analysis of slender and thick rotation cylinder structure.
