Pouring Capsulated Technology Study on Testing Circuit

摘要：

This paper introduces the basic request of potting material and the study on research in order to raise the function of potting solid when carry on engineering test under bad environment. In the text also introduces the vacuum encapsulating technology and operate steps , particular applications are also enumerated.
