Ultrasonic Measurement of UAVs Tailplane
A certain of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles tailplane is made of wood-based frame and skin that is carbonfiber/glassfiber reinforced resin-based composite material. It is potential damaged easily in used and repaired, and the potential flaws influenced to the air safety seriously. The acoustic performances of the carbonfiber/glassfiber reinforced resin-based composite material were investigated using ultrason impulse echo technology, in connection with the composit solid layer structure that applied to the UAVs tailplane, the relationship between the reflection and the refraction, of that ultrasonic wave were perpendicular to the multi-layers heterogeneous super-thin surface, was reseached, the best work wave-length of ultrasonic and the incidence angle to explore damage in the way of pulse reflect method was acquired from the theories; At last, by simulation, the best parameters that ultrasonic wave were perpendicular to the material
