Study on Piezoelectric Resonant Sensor Mechanism in Ultra-low Frequency Vibration
Ultra-low Frequency Vibration common in the vibration of the mine derrick, the tall building ,the railway and road bridge ,the dam and seismic wave and so on. The vibration has the characteristic that the vibration frequency is low and the frequency below 1Hz is substantial ,amplitude of large(rising 10mm) , large hedge. The monitoring is neglect especially to the large-scale rotating modern, the large engineering structure. Its large dangerous to the social production and life. So it attaches great importance to the ultra-low Frequency Vibration in test and study of engineering field. This paper put forward the practical method of realizing piezoelectric vibration sensor of ultra-low frequency by means of piezoelectric resonant mechanism. According to piezoelectric resonant sensor mechanism analyzing and study, the range of measurable ultra-low frequency reach 0 to 3Hz. System analysis and discussion on the particular circuit, working principle, analog result of vibration sensor of ultra-low frequency had been done.
