Auto atonement of cutting tool abrasion

摘要：

The paper aims to present mainly the principle to measure the size of work process using CCD and the operating principle of piezoelectricity sensor. And to state how the measure and control system to dynamically and timely monitor the size change of work processed, at the same time to diagnose the condition of cutting tools abrasion. Further more to decide atonement of cutting tool according to the abrasion condition and to operate system to automatic atone.
