Analyze and research of high resistance measurement

摘要：

This paper introduces the class of high resistance and some sort of measurement (including the measurement under condition of constant voltage and the measurement under condition of constant current ) ，forecasts some matters maybe appear when the measurement execute, and gives some preventions and settlements for these matters.
