Research of Pattern Drawing System of Computerized Flat Knitting Machine
Considering the advantages and disadvantages of advanced pattern preparation system of computerized flat knitting machine in the world, combining production practice of the drawing process, a new drawing subsystem of pattern preparation system of computerized flat knitting machine based on object-oriented and multi-layer concept is put forward in the paper. The core function of the pattern drawing system is that drafted pattern is drawn ，edited and displayed .In order to meet practical need, two operation ways which are half-automatic way and full-automatic way are provided. The fire-new dynamic pattern-making system not only makes amount of pattern database reduced greatly but also makes full automatic pattern programming more convenient. In addition, dynamic and intelligent pattern database is realized in a real sense .Users operations become simple greatly and efficiency is improved more greatly than anytime in the past.
