Image Denoising with Texture Preserving

摘要：

This paper is mainly about image denoising with texture preserving. We propose a method that better preserves important texture features in denoising process. This is accomplished by adding a spatially varying fidelity term which can controls the extent of denoising over different image regions. For the area which contains much texture ，the smoothing effect will be weak. And we use the TV denoising process twice in order to get the denoised image with texture preserving. From experiment we can see the texture can be preserved.
