A New and Efficient Hybrid Algorithm for Disparity Map Segmentation
Traditionally, disparity map segmentation includes region-based and edge-based approaches. In this paper, we adopt the thought of merging the two approaches together. Our algorithm is based on a typical region-based algorithm. By integrating with boundary information, the region-based algorithm is modified into a hybrid algorithm, which is more robust and flexible.
