The Study of Debugging Image Wavelet Transform Algorithm with CCSLink
Wavelet transform offers a self-adaptive localization method in both time domain and frequency domain for signal processing, so it is a hot problem in digital image processing. But because of its complex arithmetic, it is difficult for its real-time implement on processors such as DSP. This paper presents a method using CCSLink, which is the interface of MATLAB and TI DSP composer environment CCS, to debugging image wavelet transform program. In the past, we develop signal-processing algorithm by traditional methods, we often switch between DSP and MATLAB. But with CCSLink, we can operate DSP code in MATLAB environment. And make use of the MATLAB powerful function and image tools, it can help us test and modify our algorithm.
