Speck Measuring of Optical Fiber Image Transfer Devices Basing on Microphotography

摘要：

A method basing on the microphotography to measure the area of speck of optical fiber image transfer devices is presented. Microscope magnifies the optical fiber image transfer devices. And the magnified image is imaged on the CCD. Then the image acquisition card captures the digital image and shows it on the computer. First of all, the main structure of the system is described and the composing of the main system is analysed. Then the principle of the microphotography and the optical imaging characteristic of the objective are introduced. In the end , the results of the experiment is presented. The feasibility of the system is verified by experiment.
