Process and Recognition Techniques of Semiconductor Laser Night-Sight Image of Car and License

摘要：

In night vision image system of semiconductor laser, the laser is used as light source. This system can extract the cars figure and the license plate by technology of Picture processing and picture recognition, and surveille the public security and the traffic in Real-time under the dark night. In this paper, at first, it was analyzed that why picture quality become bad in the night vision system. And then the picture quality was improved by using technology of gradation transformation, edge examination, frame summation and so on. Second, researches about the new method of extract the cars figure and the license plate in real time was discussed. This system also can be applied in other fields of military or civil, such as laser active imaging guidance, unpiloted plane, anti-obstacle automobile system, navigation and so on.
