Design of Test Pattern Universal Configuration Software
In this article, the functional modules and the entire structure of the test pattern universal configuration software have been designed, based on introducing the communication interfaces of common test patterns, the structure characteristics of test data and the requirements of data processing. This configuration software provides hardware interfaces, software interfaces and favorable operating surface for common test patterns, so it can meet the test requirements of common test patterns, due to its extensive adaptability, flexible combination, multiplexing code and so on.
