The Test and Analysis of Shell Strength in the Course of the ressing-explosive at Stages
At present, the technology of pressing-explosive at stages has been taken to improve emission security and bomb power. By this technology, the explosive is pressed directly into the cannon-shell for many times. Not only guarantees the tighter combination between the explosive and the shells wall but also increases the amount of explosive quantity. But whether the shell intensity meets the requirement of the pressure explosive technology skill is a problem. In this paper, the principle and technology of testing the shell stress has been put forward. The testing results have been analyzed. We have gotten the conclusion. First of all, the inner shell produces elastic-plastic deformation during the pressing-explosive at stages, and the deformation in the shell inner wall gets the greatest value. Secondly, we have obtained the experimental-mathematical relationship between the stress and the shell thickness. Finally, adding protective cover near to the outer shell is valuable technology in the pressing-explosive at stages.
