The precise measurement of the microstrip equalizer by HP8510 network analyzer system

摘要：

The precise measurement of three fabricated microstrip equalizers using HP8510 vector network analyzer system is presented. Reflection, transmission character, S-parameter (especially S11, S21), VSWR of three typical MIC equalizers were measured from 6 to 18 GHz with this system. The detailed procedure and important notices are given. Good experiment results show that this measurement can provide reliable measure data according which to design and fabricate the equalizer.
