Intelligent Distributed Module of Control for Vacuum Arc Power Source on CAN Bus

摘要：

The design about intelligent distributed module on CAN (Controller Area Network) BUS met Control for many vacuum arc power sources. Commendatory circuit of CAN bus was presented. Signal of current was aroused by AD7541 and particular anti-jamming analogous circuit. Atmega128 was selected to be logical operation as MCU, completing A/D (analog to digital) itself. A minute description of software system is given, a part of key program is attached finally.
