Design of Temperature Control System for TiO2 Nano-crystal Preparation by Hydrothermal Method

The preparation temperature will seriously influence crystal quality and crystal size of TiO2 when the TiO2 nano-crystal was prepared at high temperature by hydrothermal method, so how to measure and control preparation temperature can be of real significance. In the paper, the measurement and controlling system for the preparation of TiO2 nano-crystal by hydrothermal method was designed, the foundational working principle was discussed. The measure and control system which was made of sample circuit, signal processing circuit, signal control circuit, analog-digital conversion circuit, display circuit and interface circuit. The system hardware which includes autoclave, temperature sensor, single-chip microcomputer and keyboard, etc. The control algorithm and the software diagram were analyzed. The results showed that the measure and control system can effectively solve the influence of thermal inertia on the accuracy of temperature control.
