The research of medical mobile memory equipment with low power waste and large capacity
In modern testing field, along with quantity of testing data unceasing increase, people need much larger and more reliable memory to store data. Because the FLASH memory has many merits, such as, it has tremendous storage capacity, no loss of the data when power is off, and can be programmed/erased many times. Thus this kind of memory is the first choice in the modern portable medical instrument. This article which based on an introduction of a modern semiautomatic biochemistry analyzer has analyzed the key technology to make further improvement of it. It narrated the design of a low power waste, large capacity medical mobile memory equipment which is made up of low power waste, large capacity FLASH memory AM29F080B and AVRmega128 microcomputer and so on. It elaborated the application method. This method extremely expands the storage capacity and enhances the stability of the semiautomatic biochemistry analyzer.
