Design of Data Gathering System Based on Multi-function Structure Technology

摘要：

This paper introduces some essential technology such as thick film integrated, the multifunction structure, flexible circuit board and so on. The New data acquisition system is based on Multi- chips module and the Flexible circuit technology. The quality of new model is only 16％ of prototype machine and its volume is minimized to only 27％ of the old one. With the help of these technology, It is easy to design equipments miniature and lightly.
