The Study of SD Card in ECG Holter
With purposes of mass storage, low cost and portability, we design an easily implemented ECG Holter based on SD card. Under the control of microcontroller CY7C68013A, SD card temporarily stores the data obtained from the analog-to-digital converter in memory. The LCD and keyboards make users interact with the system. The data stored in SD card are downloaded to a computer for further analysis via the USB, or read by a specified card reader. The data communication between CPU and SD card is realized by SPI bus. According to the test result, the system satisfies our requirements basically. 1 GB SD card can record continuously for about one month without any compression.
